Pupil Leadership

Pupil Leadership at Our Lady of the Rosary RC VA Primary helps children develop confidence, responsibility and a strong sense of belonging to our school community. Through roles such as House Captians, Playground Leaders, Language Ambassadors, Chaplains, Eco-Warriors and JLT Leaders, children learn how to listen to others, share ideas, and contribute positively to school life. We encourage pupils to take part in decision-making where appropriate, support their peers, and uphold our values in everyday activities. Our approach is designed to be age-appropriate, inclusive and focused on developing skills that will benefit children both now and in the future, including teamwork, communication and respectful leadership.
